Ilyinsky District ({{langx|ru|Ильи́нский райо́н}}) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-one in Ivanovo Oblast, Russia.Law #145-OZ It is located in the west of the oblast. The area of the district is {{convert|1360|km2|sp=us}}.{{citation needed|date=January 2012}} Its administrative center is the urban locality (a settlement) of Ilyinskoye-Khovanskoye. Population: {{ru-census2021|7303|;}} {{ru-census2010|9,703|;}} 11,103 (2002 Census);{{ru-pop-ref|2002Census}} {{su-census1989|13,748|.}} The population of Ilyinskoye-Khovanskoye accounts for 42.3% of the district's total population.
