The name of the song originates from a quotation of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow from the poem "Rainy Day".Longfellow, Henry Wadsworth, Ballads and other poems, Cambridge, 1842, pp. 111-12. The song has also been included in the soundtrack for several videogames.
