Irene Esther Ferreira Izquierdo (born March 22, 1976 in Caracas) is a Venezuelan model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Venezuela World 1994 and represented Venezuela at Miss World 1994 placed 2nd Runner-Up.

Ferreira, who stands {{height|m=1.82|frac=4|}} tall, competed in 1994 as Miss Miranda in her country's national beauty pageant, Miss Venezuela, obtaining the title of Miss World Venezuela.
