Isabelle Glacier is an alpine glacier located {{convert|0.28|mi|abbr=on}} northeast of Apache Peak and {{convert|0.25|mi|abbr=on}} southwest of Shoshoni Peak, in Roosevelt National Forest in the US state of Colorado.{{Cite map|publisher=TopoQwest (United States Geological Survey Maps)|title=Monarch Lake, CO|url=http://www.topoquest.com/map.php?lat=40.06328&lon=-105.64498&datum=nad83&zoom=4|accessdate=2012-08-18}} The glacier is immediately east of the Continental Divide on the opposite side of the divide from Fair Glacier.
