Isla San Diego is a small island in Mexico in the southern Gulf of California. Administratively it belongs to the municipality of Comondú{{citation | url=http://www.comondu.gob.mx | title= Bienvenidos al Sitio Oficial del H. XIV Ayuntamiento de Comondú |accessdate=September 11, 2013 }} of the State of Baja California Sur and is very close to the small island called Isla La Habana.

It is barren and uninhabited, is located about {{convert|22|km|mi|1|abbr=on}} east of the coast of Baja California, {{convert|9.5|km|mi|1|abbr=on}} north of San Jose Island and {{convert|6|km|mi|1|abbr=on}} south-southeast of the island of Santa Cruz. Isla San Diego is {{convert|1.5|km|mi|2|abbr=on}} long, up to {{convert|500|m|yd|1|abbr=on}} wide and has an area of {{convert|0.563|km²|acres|1|abbr=on}}.
