Lines served

J-Village Station is served by the Jōban Line. It is 235.9 km from the official starting point of the Jōban Line at Nippori Station.

Station layout

The station consists of two side platforms serving two tracks. Due to the location of the station between the tracks (which enter separate tunnels immediately north), the side platforms are positioned to resemble an island platform. The platforms are built at a length of 215m which can accommodate 10-car trains, including Limited Express services. Ramps and elevators are also available for passengers, especially wheelchair users.{{Cite news|url=https://www.jiji.com/jc/article?k=2018032800721&g=eco|title=Jヴィレッジに臨時駅=来年4月開業-福島|date=2018-03-28|access-date=2018-10-20|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20180328165249/https://www.jiji.com/jc/article?k=2018032800721&g=eco|archive-date=2018-03-28|publisher=時事通信社}}{{Cite web|url=http://www.decn.co.jp/?p=98633|title=JR東日本/Jヴィレッジに常磐線新駅設置へ/福島県らと基本協定締結|date=2018-03-29|publisher=日刊建設工業新聞社|access-date=2018-05-23|archive-date=2019-04-20|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20190420064311/https://www.decn.co.jp/?p=98633|url-status=dead}}{{Cite web|url=https://mainichi.jp/articles/20180329/ddl/k07/020/032000c|title=来年4月に新駅 Jヴィレッジの全面再開に合わせ /福島|date=2018-03-29|publisher=毎日新聞社|access-date=2018-05-23|archive-date=2019-08-08|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20190808195332/https://mainichi.jp/articles/20180329/ddl/k07/020/032000c|url-status=dead}}
