Herbert Jack Banta (November 19, 1917 – February 22, 1977){{cite web |url=https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1004010/bio |title=Jack Banta |access-date=2008-08-15 |publisher=Internet Movie Database |date= }} was an American football halfback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Philadelphia Eagles, the Washington Redskins and Los Angeles Rams.
