Jack Mason Carlisle (September 23, 1929 – July 27, 2021) was an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee from 1978 to 1982, compiling a record of 21–34.{{cite web|url=https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/coaches/jack-carlisle-1.html|title=Jack Carlisle|publisher=Sports-Reference CFB|access-date=December 6, 2018}}
