John Walter 'Jack' Dorgan (8 November 1926 – 2 September 2001){{cite web|url=http://australianfootball.com/players/player/jack%2Bdorgan/20382|title=Jack Dorgan - Player Bio|publisher=Australian Football|accessdate=12 October 2018}} was an Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL) in 1949.

For many years, Jack's brother Jim was officially credited with playing the three games for Melbourne in 1949 as well as over one hundred games for South Melbourne.
