On October 10, 2021, during a week 5 game against the Baltimore Ravens, Doyle drew a personal foul penalty against Tavon Young in the final minute of the game when he pushed Young's head into the ground after a play, then fell when Young pushed him back. This penalty allowed the Colts to turn a 3rd and 18 into an opportunity for a 47 yard field goal to win the game. However, Colts kicker Rodrigo Blankenship would miss the kick and the Colts would go on to lose in overtime.{{Cite web |last=Fucillo |first=David |date=October 11, 2021 |title=Jack Doyle shoves player then flops to revive Colts drive, who eventually miss game-winning FG |url=https://dknation.draftkings.com/2021/10/11/22721960/jack-doyle-flop-video-shoves-player-missed-field-goal-colts-vs-ravens |access-date=May 20, 2023 |website=DraftKings Nation |language=en |archive-date=August 14, 2022 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20220814213307/https://dknation.draftkings.com/2021/10/11/22721960/jack-doyle-flop-video-shoves-player-missed-field-goal-colts-vs-ravens |url-status=live }}{{Cite web |last=Oliver |first=Randy |date=October 12, 2021 |title=Colts TE Jack Doyle Pushes Ravens' Tavon Young Head Into Ground, Draws Penalty By Flopping When Young |url=https://dailysnark.com/2021/10/11/colts-te-jack-doyle-pushes-ravens-tavon-young-head-into-ground-draws-penalty-by-flopping-when-young/ |access-date=May 20, 2023 |website=Daily Snark |language=en-US |archive-date=June 25, 2022 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20220625102439/https://dailysnark.com/2021/10/11/colts-te-jack-doyle-pushes-ravens-tavon-young-head-into-ground-draws-penalty-by-flopping-when-young/ |url-status=live }} He finished the 2021 season with 29 receptions for 302 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns in 17 games and 14 starts.{{Cite web |title=Jack Doyle 2021 Game Log |url=https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/DoylJa00/gamelog/2021/ |access-date=May 20, 2023 |website=Pro Football Reference |language=en |archive-date=October 16, 2021 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211016015938/https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/DoylJa00/gamelog/2021/ |url-status=live }}
