Jamaitidion is a monotypic genus of comb-footed spiders containing the single species, Jamaitidion jamaicense. The genus was first described by J. It was originally placed in Theridion,{{cite journal| last=Levi| first=H. W.| year=1959| title=The spider genera Achaearanea, Theridion and Sphyrotinus from Mexico, Central America and the West Indies (Araneae, Theridiidae)| journal=Bulletin of the Museum of Comparative Zoology| volume=121| page=117| author-link=Herbert_Walter_Levi}} but was moved to its own genus based on unique features of the epigynum.
