James Pulman {{postnominals|country=GBR|FSA}} (bapt. 4 June 1783England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975 – 29 October 1859) was an English officer of arms.
Pulman was born in Ottery St Mary, Devon,1851 England Census the son of Thomas and Susannah Pulman. Pulman held the offices of Portcullis Pursuivant (1822–1838),{{London Gazette |issue=17822 |date=1 June 1822 | page=916}} Richmond Herald (1838–1846),{{London Gazette |issue=19639 |date=24 July 1838 | page= 1667}} Norroy King of Arms (1846–1848),{{London Gazette |issue=20596 |date=21 April 1846 | page= 1438}} and Clarenceux King of Arms (1848–1859).{{London Gazette |issue=20868 |date=16 June 1848 | page= 2264}} He was also Yeoman Usher of the Black Rod at the time of his death.{{London Gazette |issue=22328 |date=22 November 1859 | page= 4191}}
