James Wilson (1816–1900){{cite web | url=http://llanelli-history.i12.com/people_wilson_James_buckley.htm | title=James Buckley Wilson | publisher=Llanelli History | accessdate=8 August 2009}} was a prominent Victorian architect practising in Bath, Somerset and partner in the firm Wilson & Willcox.
On 12 January 1843 he married Maria Buckley of Llanelli,{{cite web|url=http://www.llanelli-history.co.uk/houses_cilfig.htm |title=Cilfig House |publisher=Llanelli History |accessdate=8 August 2009 |url-status=usurped |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20110724210559/http://www.llanelli-history.co.uk/houses_cilfig.htm |archivedate=24 July 2011 }} and in 1846 they had a son, James Buckley Wilson, who followed his father to also become an architect.
