He played college football for the BYU Cougars and was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the 5th round of the 2023 NFL draft.
Early life
Hall attended Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork, Utah. During his career he had 5,109 passing yards and 52 touchdowns. College career
Hall played in two games his first year at BYU in 2018 and took a redshirt. He played in seven games and made two starts as a backup to Zach Wilson. In Week 8, he played his first regular season snaps after Vikings starting quarterback Kirk Cousins suffered a torn Achilles tendon.

Personal life
Before enrolling at BYU, Hall served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Roseville, California.
