Jassem Koleilat ({{langx|ar|جاسم قليلات}}; born 30 July 1999) is a Czech footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Forge FC.

Early life

College career

In 2017, he began playing with Stade Lavallois II at the senior level in the Championnat National 3.
