Jaylan Pearman (born 18 April 2006) is an Australian soccer player who plays as an attacking midfielder for EFL Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

Pearman made his senior debut for the club on 23 July 2024 in the play-off for the Australia Cup, a 4–2 win over Brisbane Roar; he came on as a 74th-minute substitute for David Williams.
