Jefferson/1st Avenue station and Washington/Central Avenue station, also collectively known as Downtown Phoenix and City Hall, is a pair of light rail stations on the Valley Metro Rail in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. It is the sixteenth stop westbound and the thirteenth stop eastbound on the initial {{convert|20|mi|adj=on}} starter line. This station is split between two platforms, the northbound platform on Central Avenue at Washington Street and the southbound on 1st Avenue at Jefferson Street, approximately {{convert|800|ft}} apart.
When the South Central Extension opens on June 7, 2025, Valley Metro introduce a new two-line system with the A Line and the B Line. The A Line will run from the Downtown Hub to Gilbert Road/Main Street. The Downtown Hub will have four platforms on Washington, Jefferson, Central and 1st avenues where riders will transfer between the A Line and B Line.
