Jesús Galván Muñoz (born 17 April 1955) is a Mexican lawyer and politician affiliated with the National Action Party. As of 2014 he served as Senator of the LVIII and LIX Legislatures of the Mexican Congress representing the Federal District.{{cite web|title=Perfil del legislador|url=http://sil.gobernacion.gob.mx/Librerias/pp_PerfilLegislador.php?SID=&Referencia=548018|publisher=Legislative Information System|accessdate=18 April 2014}} He was a pre-candidate for the PAN nomination for Head of the Federal District (Mexico City) in the 2006 election, losing to Demetrio Sodi.
