Jill Johanna Wilhelmina Baijings ({{IPA|nl|ˌjoːˈɦɑ.naː ˌʋɪl.ɦɛlˈmi.naː ˈbɛi̯jɪŋs|lang}}; born 23 February 2001) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Women's Super League club Aston Villa, on loan from Frauen-Bundesliga side Bayern Munich, and the Netherlands national team.
