The Jim Stynes Bridge is a pedestrian bridge over the Yarra River at Docklands precinct in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

The new bridge provides a vital link for pedestrians, cyclists and commuters between the Melbourne central business district, and the key precincts of Docklands and Northbank. Designed as a horizontal suspension bridge, it arcs out 30 metres over the river and creates the illusion it is hovering unsupported above it, passing under the Charles Grimes Bridge.{{cite news|url=http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/works-begin-on-city-bridge-to-honour-jim-stynes-in-northbank-precinct/story-e6frf7kx-1226540688075|title=Works begin on city bridge to honour Jim Stynes in Northbank precinct|first=John|last=Masanauskas|first2=Mitchell|last2=Toy|work=Herald Sun|date=20 December 2012}}

The bridge was named after Jim Stynes, a prominent Ireland-born player of Australian rules football who died in 2012.{{cite web |url =http://www.architectureanddesign.com.au/news/new-jim-stynes-bridge-by-cox-architects-pty-ltd-me |title =New Jim Stynes Bridge by Cox Architects merges engineering, design and landscape |date =23 June 2014 |publisher =Architecture & Design |access-date =19 March 2015}} Two bronze plaques outlining Stynes' achievements are installed at each end of the bridge.{{Cite news |url=http://www.afl.com.au/news/2014-06-18/jim-stynes-bridge-opens|title=Jim Stynes Bridge officially opens in Melbourne
