Jindalee Shire was a local government area in the Riverina region of New South Wales, Australia.

Jindalee Shire was proclaimed on 7 March 1906 as Cowcumballa Shire, one of 134 shires created after the passing of the Local Government (Shires) Act 1905.{{Gazette NSW| title = Proclamation| issue = 121| page = 1593| date = 7 March 1906| url = https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/226474400| access-date = 7 January 2020| via = National Library of Australia}} It was renamed Jindalee Shire on 13 March 1907.{{Gazette NSW
