John Giles Upton Daniels (born 25 January 1942) is a former English cricketer. Daniels was a right-handed batsman. Daniels entered the Royal Armoured Corps with the rank of second lieutenant in 1961.{{London Gazette |issue=42407 |date=7 July 1961 |supp=y |page=5089 }} He later made his only first-class cricket appearance for Gloucestershire against Oxford University in 1964. His brother, Rupert, played first-class cricket for Oxford University.
