John F. Volek (born {{Circa|1946}}) is an American former college football coach and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at California State University, Sacramento from 1995 to 2002, compiling a record of 31–57–1. Volek was the head football coach at Walla Walla Community College in Walla Walla, Washington from 1984 to 1987, leading his teams to a record of 31–7 and three Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) championships. Volek graduated from Placer High School in Auburn, California and then played junior college football at Sierra College in Rocklin, California from 1965 to 1966.
