Early life and career

Brown trained as a welder in Happy Valley-Goose Bay and returned to Labrador City to work. Political career

In 2022, Brown criticized the provincial government's claim that the Trans-Labrador Highway had been completed.{{cite web | url=https://vocm.com/2022/07/06/trans-labrador-highway/ | title=Work to Connect Labrador Not Done Yet, Says MHA }} He argued that it isn't finished until a road reaches Labrador's north coast as far as Nain.
