Joseph Bailey (9 February 1812 – 31 August 1850), was a British Conservative Party politician. He was a member of parliament (MP) for Sudbury from 1837 to 1841, and for Herefordshire from 1841 to 1850.
His father was Sir Joseph Bailey, 1st Baronet, and his wife Maria (née Latham).{{Dictionary of Welsh Biography |title=BAILEY family, of Glanusk Park, Brecknock |id=s-BAIL-GLA-1700 |access-date=16 February 2021}} He married Elizabeth Mary Russell (died 1897), daughter of William Congreve Russell, in 1839.
