Josué Humberto Gonçalves Leal de Sá (born 17 June 1992) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a central defender for Primeira Liga club Gil Vicente.

He made over 100 Primeira Liga appearances for Vitória de Guimarães and Rio Ave, while also having brief spells in five foreign countries.

Sá represented Portugal at youth level.

Sá scored his first goal in the Portuguese top tier on 7 November 2014, in a 2−1 away victory over F.C. Four youth levels comprised, Sá won 28 caps for Portugal.
