Julie has won three World Outdoor medals, a silver medal in the fours at the 2000 World Outdoor Bowls Championship in Johannesburg and two bronze medals as part of the Scottish team that competed in the Taylor Trophy. Most of her success has come indoors with her most significant wins being the three WBT women's singles titles and two WB women's singles titles.

Awards

Forrest is a member of the Teviotdale Indoor Bowls Club in the Scottish Borders.
