He won a bronze medal in the C1 team event at the 2015 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in London.{{cite web|title=Jure LENARCIC (SLO)|url=https://www.canoeslalom.net/doku.php/en_sportler/spo_11347l|website=CanoeSlalom.net|accessdate=21 January 2018}} He also won a gold medal in the same event at the 2020 European Championships in Prague.
