Kępa Kiełpińska {{IPAc-pl|'|k|e|m|p|a|-|k|J|e|U|'|p|i|ń|s|k|a}} (German Kielpiciener Kämpe{{Cite web|url=http://rcin.org.pl/dlibra/doccontent?id=31639|title=Karte der Deutschen Siedlungen in Mittelpolen : Maßstab 1:500 000|year=1938}}) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Łomianki, within Warsaw West County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|4|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Łomianki, {{convert|18|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Ożarów Mazowiecki, and {{convert|19|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of Warsaw. The village was founded and settled by Vistula Germans till 1945.
