Kamarooka is a locality in the City of Greater Bendigo and the Shire of Loddon, Victoria, Australia. At the {{CensusAU|2021}}, Kamarooka had a population of 89.

==History==

Kamarooka was originally called "Piccaninny Creek Station" after a large pastoral run in the area.{{Cite web |title=Kamarooka {{!}} Victorian Places |url=https://www.victorianplaces.com.au/kamarooka |access-date=2025-01-19 |website=www.victorianplaces.com.au}} It was then renamed "Kamarooka" from an Aboriginal word meaning "Wait a while".
