The Karabakh Economic Region ({{langx|az|Qarabağ iqtisadi rayonu}}) is one of the 14 economic regions of Azerbaijan. It borders Iran to the south, as well as the economic regions of East Zangezur, Ganja-Dashkasan, Central Aran, and Mil-Mughan.
