Karakoram Express ({{langx|ur|{{Nastaliq|قراقرم ایکسپریس}}}}) is a passenger train operated daily by Pakistan Railways between Karachi and Lahore.{{cite web|url=http://www.irfca.org/docs/pak-train-names.html| title=Pakistan Railway Train Names| first=Owais| last=Mughal| date=29 October 2004| accessdate=19 June 2017| publisher=Indian Railways Fan Club| website=irfca.org}} The trip takes approximately 17 hours and 45 minutes to cover a published distance of {{convert|1241|km|mi}}, traveling along a stretch of the Karachi–Peshawar Railway Line, Khanewal–Wazirabad Branch Line and Shahdara Bagh–Sangla Hill Branch Line. The train is named after the famous Karakoram mountain range of northern Pakistan.

History
