Karingani is a Northwestern Iranian language closely related to Talysh and the Harzandi dialect. It is spoken in East Azerbaijan Province, in the Dizmar district, Keringan, Kalasur and Khunirud villages.{{sfn|Frawley|2003|p=310}}
