The {{Nihongo|Kashihara Line|橿原線|Kashihara-sen|}} is a {{convert|23.8|km|abbr=on}} north-south bound railway line in Nara Prefecture, Japan, owned and operated by the Kintetsu Railway, a private railway operator. It connects Yamato-Saidaiji Station and Kashiharajingu-mae Station.
Service outline
Most Express and Limited Express trains operate to and from the Kyoto Line, and some Express services operate between Kyoto and Tenri via the line between Saidaiji and Hirahata stations.

History
The first section of the line, from Saidaiji Station (present-day {{STN|Yamato-Saidaiji|x}}) to Kōriyama Station (present-day {{STN|Kintetsu Kōriyama|x}}), opened on 1 April 1921.{{cite book |last = Terada |first = Hirokazu |script-title=ja: データブック日本の私鉄 |trans-title= Databook: Japan's Private Railways |publisher = Neko Publishing |date = 19 January 2013 |location = Japan |language = Japanese |pages = 127, 267|isbn = 978-4-7770-1336-4}} The line was extended to {{STN|Hirahata|x}} on 1 April 1922, and the section from Hirahata to {{STN|Kashiharajingū-mae|x}} opened on 21 March 1923.
