The Project 141, (NATO reporting name Kashtan class) is a class of salvage vessel/submersible support built at Rostock's Neptun Werft in East Germany for the Soviet Navy.{{cite book |first=Stephen |last=Saunders |title=Jane's Fighting Ships 2005 - 2006 |publisher=Jane’s Information Group |year=2005 |isbn=978-0-7106-2692-9}}

In total, eight ships of this type were commissioned from 1988 to 1990.{{Cite web |url=http://russianships.info/eng/support/project_141.htm |title=Mooring-buoy tender - Project 141 |website=Russianships.info |access-date=2023-08-29}} The ships became part of the Russian Navy after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The stern has a crane capable of lifting 100 tons with which a {{sclass2|Priz|deep-submergence rescue vehicle}} (DSRV) can be launched and recovered.
