Kenneth William Dougall (born 7 May 1993) is an Australian professional soccer player who plays as a centre-back or a defensive midfielder for Buriram United and the Australia national team. He has previously played for Brisbane City, Telstar, Sparta Rotterdam, Barnsley and Blackpool.

Dougall scored both goals for Blackpool in their 2–1 win in the 2021 EFL League One play-off final, securing the club's promotion to the Championship for the first time in six years. He made his debut for the Australian national the following month.

He joined the Brisbane Roar youth team in 2009, when he was 16.

Unable to break into the Brisbane Roar team, he says because he "was not yet good enough," he dropped down to National Premier Leagues Queensland, where he started his senior career playing for Brisbane City. On 21 May 2021, Dougall scored his second goal of the season in a 3–3 draw with Oxford United in the second leg of their play-off semi-final. Dougall earned four caps for the Australian U23 side in 2015.
