Kevin Jerome Tiggs (born April 17, 1984) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for Mott Community College and East Tennessee State University.
College career
As a freshman at Mott Community College in 2005–06, Tiggs played in 30 games for the Bears, averaging 10.9 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
As a sophomore in 2006–07, Tiggs was named the NJCAA Coaches Association Division II National Player of the Year[http://blog.mlive.com/flintjournal/sports/2007/04/tiggs_named_division_ii_player_of_the_year.html Tiggs named Division II player of the year] and helped the Bears win the NJCAA championship, finishing the year with a 35–3 record. In 32 games, he averaged 14.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.5 steals per game.
As a senior in 2008–09, Tiggs earned first-team All-Atlantic Sun honors. In 34 games, he averaged 21.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.1 steals per game.
Professional career

Tiggs returned to Ukraine for the 2011–12 season, signing with BC Hoverla. In 42 games for the club, he averaged 14.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
