Key Resolve, previously known as Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, Integration (RSOI) which was previously known as Team Spirit even earlier, is an annual command post exercise (CPX) held by United States Forces Korea with the Republic of Korea Armed Forces. It is conducted between February and April and focuses on United States Pacific Command OPLANs that support the defense of South Korea. Additionally, US units are moved to Korea from other areas and they conduct maneuvers and gunnery exercises. ROK units also conduct maneuvers with some acting as the Opposing force (OPFOR). Since 2001, Key Resolve combined with the annual combined field training exercise (FTX) Foal Eagle.{{cite web | title= 'Key Resolve' begins in Korea | url= https://www.army.mil/article/18017/key-resolve-begins-in-korea/ | work= U.S. Forces Korea | publisher= U.S. Army | date= March 10, 2009 | access-date=2010-02-05}}{{cite web | title= Reception, Staging, Onward movement, and Integration | url= http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/ops/rsoi.htm | work= Military – Operations | publisher= GlobalSecurity.org | date= October 23, 2007 | accessdate=2010-02-03}}

Doctrinally, RSOI is detailed in [https://web.archive.org/web/20070625003049/http://www.transchool.eustis.army.mil/lic/FMs/fm100_17_3.pdf FM 100-17-3], the field manual for RSOI.

This exercise, like the Ulchi-Freedom Guardian (UFG) exercise, regularly leads to accusations by North Korea that it is a prelude to an invasion by the United States and South Korea.{{cite web|url=http://koreajoongangdaily.joins.com/news/article/article.aspx?aid=2917570|title=North strongly protests new Key Resolve joint exercises|website=Korea JoongAng Daily|date=8 March 2010 }}

Japan supports the joint drills of South Korea and the US, considering it to be a deterrent power in the Asian-Pacific region.{{cite web|url=https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/news/20180401_08/|title=US-S.Korea joint drills begin|publisher=NHK World – Japan|date=31 March 2018|accessdate=6 April 2017|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20180404073736/https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/news/20180401_08/|archive-date=4 April 2018|url-status=dead|df=dmy-all}}
