Khomotso Johannes Phahlane is the former acting National Commissioner of the South African Police Service (SAPS), serving from 15 October 2015 to 1 June 2017.{{cite web|url=https://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/zuma-appoints-new-acting-police-boss-to-replace-phahlane-20170601|title=Zuma appoints new acting police boss to replace Phahlane|date=1 June 2017|publisher=News24}} He was appointed after the suspension of Riah Phiyega.
