Khvalynsky District ({{langx|ru|Хвалынский райо́н}}) is an administrativeCharter of Saratov Oblast and municipalLaw #78-ZSO district (raion), one of the thirty-eight in Saratov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast.
