Kim Hak-Chul ({{korean|김학철}}; born 4 November 1972) is a South Korean retired footballer and football manager. He has played in the K League for 14 years from 1995 to 2009, and he has been rated by many fans as one of the best defenders in the K League.In 2009, he managed Incheon United reserve team and led the team to R-League Champion.
