Kingvale is a census-designated place (CDP) in Placer County and Nevada County, California, United States.U.S. Census Bureau The CDP straddles the border of the two counties, with Nevada County to the north and Placer County to the south. The 2020 United States census reported that Kingvale had a population of 128. The population density was {{convert|133.1|PD/sqmi|PD/km2|sp=us|adj=off}}. The racial makeup of Kingvale was 122 (95.3%) White, 0 (0.0%) African American, 0 (0.0%) Native American, 1 (0.8%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 0 (0.0%) from other races, and 5 (3.9%) from two or more races.
