Ko Jeong-woon (born 27 June 1966) is a South Korean football manager and former player. He was South Korea's most threatening forward in the 1994 FIFA World Cup. His tireless dribbles made Spain and Germany difficult to keep solid defence,{{cite news |url=https://newslibrary.naver.com/viewer/index.naver?articleId=1994062900289115001&editNo=5&printCount=1&publishDate=1994-06-29&officeId=00028&pageNo=15&printNo=1939&publishType=00010 |script-title=ko:한국축구 세계로 뛴다 상 |publisher=The Hankyoreh |website=Naver |language=ko |date=1994-06-29 |access-date=2022-05-21}} and sent off Miguel Ángel Nadal. That year, he also showed his best performances in the K League, winning the title and the MVP award. He interested Bayer Leverkusen, and negotiated with them in Germany after the end of the season. However, Ilhwa's director strongly opposed and scuttled Ko's deal, and the cancellation became his lifelong resentment.{{cite web |url=https://www.mbcsportsplus.com/news/?mode=view&cate=&b_idx=99870140.000#07D0 |script-title=ko:고정운 “축구는 변하지만, 노력의 가치는 변하지 않는다” |publisher=MBC Sports+ |date=2018-12-19 |access-date=2022-05-21 |language=ko}} He is currently manager of Gimpo FC.
