Kosmos 105 ({{langx|ru|Космос 105}} meaning Cosmos 105) or Zenit-2 No.34 was a Soviet, first generation, low resolution, optical film-return reconnaissance satellite launched in 1966. A Zenit-2 spacecraft, Kosmos 105 was the thirty-fourth of eighty-one such satellites to be launched{{cite web |url=http://space.skyrocket.de/doc_sdat/zenit-2.htm|title=Zenit-2 (11F61)|first=Gunter|last=Krebs|work=Gunter's Space Page|access-date=2 January 2014|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20111231133235/http://space.skyrocket.de/doc_sdat/zenit-2.htm|archive-date=31 December 2011|url-status=dead}} and had a mass of {{convert|4730|kg|lb}}.

Kosmos 105 was launched by a Vostok-2 rocket{{cite encyclopedia|url=http://www.astronautix.com/lvs/vosk8a92.htm|title=Vostok 8A92|first=Mark|last=Wade|encyclopedia=Encyclopedia Astronautica|access-date=2 January 2014|url-status=dead|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160822074413/http://www.astronautix.com/lvs/vosk8a92.htm|archive-date=22 August 2016|df=dmy-all}} flying from Site 31/6 at the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
