Early life

Marmorato was born, raised, and educated in The Bronx. She grew up in Throggs Neck and as an adult lived in both Pelham Bay and Country Club. She currently resides in Morris Park.{{citation needed|date=November 2023}}

Career

After campaigning against upzoning in 2023, she came out in favor of major upzoning reform in 2024, supporting a large-scale rezoning that would allow more housing in New York City. Marmorato said she supported the upzoning reform after fighting "tirelessly" to include less density and add parking minimums.
