Kuksu ({{IPAc-en|ˈ|k|ʊ|k|s|uː}}; {{Langx|ru|куксу}}; {{langx|ko|국수|label=Koryo-mar}}) or kuksi ({{IPAc-en|ˈ|k|ʊ|k|s|i}}; {{Langx|ru|кукси|label=none}}; {{lang|ko|국씨}} {{IPA|ko|kuk̚ɕ͈i|}}) is a noodle dish in Koryo-saram cuisine: cuisine of the ethnic Koreans of the mainland former Soviet Union. The dish is a popular menu item at Cafe Lily, an Uzbek-Korean restaurant, located in Brooklyn, New York City.
