Kuliai (Samogitian: Kulē, {{langx|pl|Kule}}) is a town in Telšiai County, Lithuania. History
In June 1941, local Lithuanian collaborators arrested the Jewish inhabitants of the town. 85 Jewish individuals were killed in a mass execution.{{Cite web|url=http://www.holocaustatlas.lt/EN/#a_atlas/search//page/1/item/159/|title = Holocaust Atlas of Lithuania}}
