{{nihongo|Kushiro River|釧路川|Kushiro-gawa}} is a river in Hokkaidō, Japan. It is {{convert|154|km|mi|sp=us}} in length and has a drainage area of {{convert|2510|km2|sqmi|sp=us}}. The Kushiro originates from Lake Kussharo and flows south across the Kushiro Plain. The river is joined by two tributaries, the Kuchoro River ({{Convert|60.2|km|mi}}) and the Setsuri River ({{Convert|59.8|km|mi}}), before it empties into the Pacific Ocean at the port at Kushiro. The lower reaches of the river form broad wetlands.
