Lądek {{IPAc-pl|'|l|o|n|d|e|k}} is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bisztynek, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|5|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of Bisztynek, {{convert|23|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Bartoszyce, and {{convert|38|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772–1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
