Labidura is a genus of earwigs in the family Labiduridae.{{Cite web|url=http://dermaptera.speciesfile.org/Common/basic/Taxa.aspx?TaxonNameID=1179928|title=genus Labidura Leach, 1815|last=|first=|date=|website=Dermaptera Species File|publisher=|access-date=17 January 2017}} Probably the earliest specimen of Labidura was found in Eocene amber.M. Burr. 1911. Dermaptera (earwigs) preserved in amber, from Prussia.
